Wuxi Beilai Group, founded in 1990, is a well known integrated producer of steel pipes. Our company is located in west of the Wuxi City, one of the most beautiful and fastest growing cities in Jiangsu Province, itself within the Yangtze Delta, the fastest growing industrial area in China. Travel and transportation access are easy and convenient. Shanghai, with its international airport and docks is one hour away, and Nanjing, the provincial capital, is two.

Beilai Group consists of three main companies: Jiangnan Precision Cold-Drawn Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Beilai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd, and Jinsu Galvanization Co., Ltd. with several subsidiaries. The core business is the production of seamless pipes and with the other subsidiaries, offering products across the whole range of welded pipes. This means that the company has the ability to meet all of the customers' requirements within the same group of companies, thus ensuring ease of purchase and consistent quality. These products are widely used in the petrochemical, boiler, automobile, mechanical, construction, chain, electric power, and shipbuilding, bridge, and decoration industries.

Our company has a proven competence in the development of new technology, and new products, particularly seamless steel pipes. We have one of the most advanced quality management systems in the steel pipe industry and the products meet both national and international quality standards. The main production line makes hot-rolled seamless steel pipes, cold-drawn seamless pipes and high-precision seamless steel pipes, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 metric tons. We have the ability to produce pipes within the size range 21.3mm~219.1mm. Through the subsidiaries, welded pipes with round, square and rectangular cross section, in sizes from 8mm~168.3mm, can be produced and supplied again to national and international standards.

The production process is modern and sophisticated. It consists of Dia. 140 high precision hot-rolling seamless steel pipe production line, equipped with an ACCU-ROLL mill, 14 stand slight stretch reducing mills and advanced inspection devices. The hot rolling line is automatically controlled by a SIEMENS computer system, giving precision, efficiency and flexibility. This flexibility in output can be used to meet the changing needs of customers rapidly and efficiently, and also provides the opportunity to produce small specialist orders.

The production process is supported by an API standard Laboratory, equipped with universal raw material tester, low temperature impact tester, and microscope for metal analysis ensuring a high and consistent quality of product. Beilai Group is committing to getting API & CE certificate to maintain and grow development capability.
